Jr. Bobcats Youth FootBall and Cheer
The Jr. Bobcats is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2020, by Executive Director Bobby Pacheco & Program Director Susana Pacheco.
We are here to develop our youth into successful people via sports. We teach discipline, perseverance, responsibility, confidence, and most importantly leadership. We support our parents on the field through hard work and healthy competition. We just happen to play football. Won’t you join us?
Yes, we like to win, however, our main mission is to teach young people how to play sports safely and to have a great time doing so. We encourage family participation through social events and activities throughout the year.
What makes the Jr. Bobcats unique from most other youth sports programs is its commitment to professionalism, our intentionality to provide an environment of inclusion to diverse families, our ability to motivate youth with a healthy balance of discipline and nurturing mentorship, and the unwavering support from parents and community partners.
Every Child Deserves to play
As a partner with Every Kids Sports, The Central Phoenix Youth Sports Program shares their vision of removing the financial obstacle of participation. Every Kids Sports encourages families to apply four times per year, per kid for a youth sport scholarship.
We are proud to offer special pricing for kids who qualify for the Every Kid Sports program!

APS Light Parade
The Jr. Bobcats had the opportunity to represent their community in the 2021 APS light parade. We had over 40 youth and parents walk along Central Ave highlighting our organization and bringing awareness to our sponsors.
MVP Leadership Camp
We will be taking our Middle School Boys up to Williams AZ, for a weekend of fun and mentorship. The Bobcats and Arizona Infuse have been taking youth up to Lost Canyon Camp for the past several years and the impact on the youth is evident in their communities. It’s a true blessing for our youth to experience caring and passionate mentors in a majestic setting like Northern Arizona.
Jr. Bobcat Flag Football
The Jr. Bobcats offer Flag football in the months of April and October. This year our Flag Football youth were able to enhance their skills with an undefeated season. They are primed for a successful tackles season.
Thank you to our sponsors
We are so grateful for the support of our corporate partners, who are committed to strengthening families and building stronger, healthier, and safer communities. Together, we are helping to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of so many youth. Thanks to the help of our sponsors, The Central Phoenix Youth Sports Program continues to fulfill our mission.
We believe that Our Program’s Foundation is built upon “Family” and that the pillars from this foundation are “RESPECT, TRUST, & LOYALTY.” Our interests will be centered around the principles of doing what is best for our family, focusing on the task at hand, and finishing the job that we have invested so much time and energy in. Above all, we respect the fact that we are blessed to be a part of a community and school that supports our efforts and believes in the mission of our program. The Jr. Bobcats will strive to be second to none in terms of providing the best opportunities for our young men and women to grow as people and be successful on the field and in the classroom. We hope to provide an open line of communication and guidance for our parents and players alike. We believe that commitment to our core values provides us with the best opportunity to not only win football games but the hearts and minds of the young men and women we serve as well. We believe that the Jr. Bobcat’s is not just about participation in our program, but also about believing in the idea that together we can achieve far greater results than our individual parts could ever produce. As a faith-based organization, we are intentional about our plans to share the good news with all who will hear it. The Central Phoenix Jr. Bobcats believe that success is not an accident but a combination of concrete factors that allow our young people to have the best opportunities, challenges, support systems, and techniques to experience the great game of football at its highest levels. We believe that a holistic method that enhances a player’s mind, body and soul produces the best results. That plan is based on the understanding that “winning” is defined by more than the final score in a game, and it can be most rewarding through developing the whole individual. We will always strive to “WIN” while pursuing the more-important goal of teaching life lessons through football.
